Arc Raiders Update: PvE Event, New Rewards & Bug Fixes

Embark Studios has released Update 1.15.0 for Arc Raiders, introducing a brand new PvE event titled "Shared Watch" and addressing several critical bugs. This update lays the groundwork for the upcoming "Shrouded Sky" content arriving later in February 2026 and subsequent expansions.

Shared Watch Event

"Shared Watch" is the highlight of this update, encouraging players to unite against the Arc threat.

• Duration: February 10, 2026 to February 24, 2026.
• Mechanics: Players must team up to defeat enemies and earn Merits. Note: Merits can only be earned through PvE interactions; PvP combat does not count.
• Rewards: Players can unlock a total of 21 different rewards by accumulating Merits, including:
  • Raider Tokens (accessed at 100 and 1000 Merits)
  • Slugger Set and its variants (Full set, Headgear, Chest piece, Colorways, etc.)
  • Vita Spray and its Blueprint
  • Tactical MK. 3 (Healing Blueprint)
  • Acoustic Guitar (950 Merits)
  • Snap Hook
  • Various cosmetics: Baseball backpack charm, Hand Signals emote, and a Baseball Helmet for Scrappy.

Return of the Cold Snap

The "Cold Snap" map condition returns, affecting all outdoor maps. This winter-themed condition offers a mix of risk and reward:

• Challenge: Unprepared players will suffer Frostbite damage and must find heat sources.
• Opportunity: Brave the cold to find higher value loot (Double Trial Points).
• Interaction: Snowballs and Candleberries have been added to the map.

Balance Changes and Bug Fixes

• Trailblazer Grenade:
  • Reduced damage against large enemies (like Leapers and Bastions).
  • No longer deals damage through walls.
• Weapon Switching: Fixed keybinding response issues for weapon cycling, making it more reliable.
• Hotfixes & Exploits:
  • Embark quickly released hotfixes to resolve the Inventory Slot Duplication Glitch and Infinite Ammo Weapon Glitch.
  • Official Warning: Players abusing duplication exploits will be investigated and may face penalties. "Loot earned honestly is always more valuable."
• Other Fixes: Improved reconnection stability, fixed cinematic tunnel sequence issues, and resolved Trial reward timeout errors.

Future Outlook: Second Expedition

As part of the "Escalation" roadmap, Embark is preparing for the Second Expedition launching on February 25:

• Registration Begins: February 25.
• Adjustments: The total stash value requirement for maximum bonus skill points has been lowered from 5 million to 3 million (3,000,000) Coins.
• Catch-up Mechanism: A new system will be introduced allowing players to purchase missed skill points from the First Expedition at a discounted rate.
